Impact bar is the most important part of impact bed. The higher impact bar elasticity, the better absorption of the falling material’s impact. Our company’s impact bed is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, its surface molecules is greater than five million and hardness is less than 55. Some companies’ propaganda has good indicators, but the rubber hardness is not up to the most basic, just about 75 degrees, this will leads to high friction coefficient, but can't maximum absorb impact, damage conveyor belt and reduce the service life of belt conveyor.
