The scraper conveyor is wildly used in transporting the coal and the bulk material industries, like power station, coal separating plant, port, mine, metallurgy and chemical industry etc. It focuses on horizontal transportation, also allow slanting transportation, and the biggest inclination angle is 20°. Screw conveyor has a simple structure, single or double layer, which is convenient for installing and repairing. Bidirectional transporting produces more feedstock and unloading. The maximum conveying length is 150 meters. Its tank is convered wih scaleboard in two ways, cast stone and abrasion-resistant iron plate. Heavy scraper conveyor is not only characterized by advanced technology, strong power, big transportation volume and good ability of sealing, but also can be designed specifically according to customer’s requirements.
